COACH REGISTRAION

Soccer coaches of players of all ages are invited to attend the 2009 Derby City Soccer Academy and Coaching Seminar.  Unlike any other coaching clinic in America, for an entire weekend you will interact, ask questions and take notes while being on the sideline with the world’s best coaches of young players. You’ll learn about the psychology of the elite player, how to handle teenage temper, how to motivate the team as a unit, how to drill and train effectively, the role of nutrition and hydration and how best to handle parental involvement.  Registration includes an Academy polo, all on-field and off-field training sessions and a private Question and Answer session on Sunday afternoon, where you’ll be able to ask about anything. You’ll also be our guest at our private dinner buffet and party at Louisville’s oldest and best Irish pub, Molly Malone’s, where you can rub elbows, raise a pint and talk shop with all of our staff coaches at a party to benefit special-needs soccer teams and maybe win a trip to World Cup 2010, South Africa!  Attendance this year ensures your ability to register for successive years’ Seminars.

Proceeds from this weekend charity event benefit more than 400,000 children playing in soccer programs in the U.S., England and Africa. Cost: $150
